Our leasing team will help place tenants in the property after they go through a thorough background check. We check for criminal activities, financial stability + credit score, 3.3 + income, outstanding bills, etc. & send to you for approval before we place a tenant. We typically sign between a one-two year lease. Our leasing agents are licensed brokers.

Maintenance work orders are upcharged reasonably to maximize your investment.
