We are a full-service investment company for turn-key rentals, including rehab, leasing, property management & retail realty services. We do this because we believe investment is a relationship business built on trust.

Our leasing team will help place tenants in the property after they go through a thorough background check. We check for criminal activities, financial stability + credit score, 3.3 + income, outstanding bills, etc. & send to you for approval before we place a tenant. We typically sign between a one-two year lease. Our leasing agents are licensed brokers.

Once a tenant is placed, the PM team takes over. The PM team is highly experienced in working with investors & is great with their communication. They set you up with the Propertyware CRM & you’ll be able to view the lease, any expenses, maintenance work orders, etc. You can call (during office hours) or email the office anytime with any questions. We are located in Charlotte at 2924 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205 & also have a “boots on the ground” PM guy who is available to check on any house at any time. Our PM fee is 10% of the rent collected & rent is sent on the last Monday of every month.

Our maintenance is also associated with the PM team, so they can always be aware of the goings on with your investment to ensure the highest rental return for you. Maintenance work orders are upcharged reasonably to maximize your investment.
